This tutorial will describe how to obtain the information necessary to fill out the [[Form:{{{1}}}|Create a {{{1}}}]] form.

1. Open the {{{1}}} to be entered in Victory Belles.
2. Return to the form.
3. Select the Nation this {{{1}}} is associated with from the drop-down.
4. The minimum acceptable amount of information is a Nation and {{{1}}} name (which is very likely auto-populated from the initial form creation page).
