Create a Belle Tutorial

1. Open the Belle to be entered in Victory Belles.
2. Return to the form and append her name to "CARGO " which prevents collisions with the main Belle pages (many already exist but will be upgraded in the future using a new template).

3. Fill in as any other form.

4. Click Save Page when all desired optional and required data is entered.
