This page will describe how to associate {{{1}}} with {{{2}}} using form [{{{3}}} {{{3}}}:PAGENAME]. Note that both {{{1}}} and {{{2}}} must exist in the Cargo system in order for this to work, otherwise the drop-downs on the form will not populate!
