- Complete Belle infobox (quality image, type, class, nation, voice actress if known/applicable).
- Acquisition/availability of the Belle is stated.
- Details/stats page for the Belle filled out.
- Categories are properly set (Belle, nation, ship type, voiced/unvoiced).
- Discusses the Belle's gameplay.
- Reviews the Belle's starting equipment (like Moskva, which contains a good Starting Equipment section).
- Has interesting Belle/historical ship trivia.
- Contains as much character information as is reasonably available.
...to include:

- Optimization strategies/overcoming any weaknesses.
