Moskva is a Soviet Belle available at the 1939 start of the game. She is one of three initial Belles for a Soviet Union player.

Starter Comparison

Moskva is fast, has a lot of weight cap and refit cap for a modern destroyer, and she has fantastic long range guns, a decent director, and great MGs for AA work. However, her rangekeeper is poor, her torps are bad, and her tactic is awful for her equipment. She also lacks ASDIC and long range AA which will become a problem when subs and CVs are active. If you can keep Moskva at medium-long range, she will out-perform any other starting destroyer but she is not efficient in other scenarios.
