Now that the community has its own wiki, the sky seems to be the limit. However, even on a fully-customizable version of MediaWiki, there are bound to be things that just aren't feasible in the effort-vs-reward continuum. Impossible to know without research though, which is why this tracking page exists.
Also note that wishlist items won't be worked on until the migration is complete.
