Quick definitions of various words/phrases found in Victory Belles and its community. Please keep contents in alphabetical order within each section. Images will not be posted here, even if the concept is visual (such as "Gremlins"). Other pages will offer these details.
Game Terms[edit | edit source]
- Advantage -- A positive trait in Equipment with zero downsides. May be visible upon acquisition of Equipment, or uncovered during R&D. May be inserted into Blueprints (beware of the Gremlins created by doing so, however).
- Backyard -- An area that primarily drops Vestures for a specific Nation's Belles.
- Belle -- Your fighting units. Sometimes called "shipgirls."
- Belle of the Day/BoD/HQ Belle/Secretary -- The Belle you see on game start. If voiced, she will speak during Sorties, upon completion of Research, etc. Selecting a Belle for this position may grant bonuses, such as extra relationship points earned. She can be changed at any time with no penalty.
